Forging is the process of not only giving the correct shape to a material but also achieving a homogeneous grain structure from a heterogeneous cast material, enabling the material to exhibit superior mechanical properties. This is done by deforming the material in hot condition along different axes.

Heat treatment is a special process. It involves heating the material to a precise temperature and subsequently cooling it down at different rates. This allows us to develop various properties like strength, ductility, and a precise combination of the two. Our Heat Treatment Unit is fully electric and automatic providing high-temperature uniformity and control. This is coupled with a 70,000 L quenching tank.
Our machine shop is equipped with adequate machines for proof and finish machining of all items.
We believe that the heart of an open die forging unit is in its ability to accurately and consistently test the properties that are being achieved in its products. We have all the testing equipment for testing of Mechanical, Metallurgical, and Chemical properties of our products. We also have all relevant NTD machines like UT, MPT, and DP with level 2 operators for testing the internal and external soundness of the material.
